Compete.

Compete.

Give your effort a purpose. Prepare properly. Be present. Have the courage to test yourself, especially when the challenge feels uncomfortable.

In football, competing means chasing back after losing possession, showing for the ball after a mistake and staying engaged when the game gets difficult. It means making your opponent earn their success while treating them with respect.

Winning matters. We want our players to have the Will to Win and the determination to pursue it. Along the way, they must learn to handle disappointment, take feedback and be honest about their own contribution.

Those habits travel beyond the field.

In the classroom, competing might mean preparing for a difficult exam or asking for help with something you don’t understand. In the college process, it means taking ownership of your research, communication and preparation. In life, it means following through on commitments and having another go when your first attempt falls short.

You won’t control every outcome. You can take responsibility for your preparation, effort and response.

Compete with your own standards, too. Can you be more consistent? A better teammate? More willing to listen? Progress often begins with those everyday choices.

Be Bold enough to embrace the challenge.
Show Compassion while pursuing your ambitions.
Pursue Calmness under pressure.
Bring the Will to Win through your actions.

Play with purpose. Respect the people around you. Keep growing.

Growing Players. Growing People. Growing Together.
